How do I sign up for private lessons?
Hockey Masters instructors are available to provide instruction in the areas of power skating, stickhandling, and shooting.
Lessons are 1/2 hour in length and can be private or semi-private. Coaches should be contacted BY THE PARENTS in advance to arrange specific times and dates. Call the main office for guidance in selecting a coach if you are unsure as to who would be the best choice for your player. More than one lesson can be arranged in a 2-hour ice session. The other hour or hour-and-a-half can be used to practice skills or to just have fun!
What do I need to do?
- Make sure you are a Hockey Masters member (click here to become a member).
- Contact the instructor you would like to work with to set up a time and location that works for both parties. Players under 18 should have their parents contact the instructor. Call the main office for guidance in selecting a coach if you are unsure as to who would be the best choice.
- Once you've agreed upon a rink and time with your instructor, print out the registration form for your session under the Sessions Schedule. Fill out this form and bring it to your first lesson. This form gives us your contact information and also helps you to calculate your ice/off-ice fees.
- Bring a check made out to the arena to pay for your ice fees at your first lesson.
- You and your coach will discuss individual coaching fees.
